This month’s meet up features Janine Duns, Print Maker.
The Cowichan Community Workshop Co-Op is now hosting a free monthly 50+ maker meetup for the next 8 months on the third Tuesday of each month to build a community of like-minded creators and artists. This fun and casual meetup is an opportunity for creative people to meet and mingle. What do you make? What would you like to make? This social group is yours to connect, network, share, and laugh with other makers like you!
If you’re 50+ and can knit, carve, paint, sandblast, make paper, build anything, cook/bake, play an instrument, sew, sketch, you get the idea, this meetup is yours! The meetup is intended for creative types to mingle and socialize with creative types.
Over the course of the year, the meetup will also offer demos, DIY kits, materials, snacks, and more!
This event includes an awesome demo from Cowichan Valley print maker Janine Duns!
Come join us for an evening of camaraderie, shop talk, and fun~
