Celebrating Inclusion at The HUB
As many community members know, our mandate here at the CSAA is one of positive inclusion for everybody! In order to reflect this message visually, we have posted Progress Pride Flag decals on our doors. These colourful decals bring more life to our community centre and aim to signal safety and invite a welcoming feeling for all. We are proud to honour inclusion here at the Hub and support our LGBTQ2SIA+ community members! Do you know what this acronym stands for? It means Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Two Spirit, Intersex, Asexual and the plus sign at the end is intended to represent and acknowledge the myriad of sexual and gender identities and expressions that exist. The Black and Brown stripes are to honour Black and Brown LGBTQ2SIA+ people. The HUB is committed to representing and welcoming all community members, and celebrating all love and identities.
CSAA Community News Page
The new Community News page is active! Check it out! If you have classifieds (missing pets, rentals, etc.), projects around the community (graffiti removal, lawn cutting, etc.) please forward them to: info@cowichanstation.org so they can be added to the board.
